Students need to bring a glass quart jar with metal lid, a small basket mold (available for purchase at Buckley's), and their lunch.
Students will take home a sample size of hard cheese in their basket mold with instructions for aging, and a sample size of feta in a flour sack cloth with whey brine in their jar and instructions for aging.
