Come join us as we learn about mushrooms, their uses, lifecycles and indoor and outdoor cultivation methods. Participants will create their own mushroom grow kit by pasteurizing straw and inoculating it with oyster mushroom spawn. These kits should produce mushrooms in a few weeks and then can be used to start an outdoor patch. 

$50 per person. This class will be held outdoors so please dress accordingly.
