This two-hour class will provide the beginning to intermediate beekeeper with an overview of pests and diseases that can weaken or kill a hive and discussion of prevention and treatment options.  The class will emphasize the varroa destructor  mite and provide in-depth information about safe, effective methods of managing varroa throughout the seasons.
